Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years of process analysis, configuration, or SAP-related enhancements.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, PP, WM).
Experience with SAP process automation, scripting, and integration.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements.
Develop process maps and flowcharts to visualize current and future state.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into SAP solutions with documented adoption.
Monitor performance metrics for changes and report results.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to automate and streamline SAP processes.
Perform SAP testing and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Support SAP upgrades, module implementations, and cross-functional initiatives.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using SAP tools and AI where appropriate.
