EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology to lead SAP Manufacturing engagements. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery of architected SAP solutions that improve cost, efficiency, and quality.

You will manage large client engagements, oversee budgets, mentor junior consultants, and drive business development while traveling 40–60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams.
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen.
• Deliver high-quality client services by monitoring progress and risks.
