Job summary

Deloitte seeks an experienced SAP PP-ME Senior Consultant to join our Project Talent Model and deliver onsite client services. You will configure SAP PP, manage master data, and support shop floor scheduling within manufacturing environments, with about 10% travel.

Qualifications

6+ years of SAP Production Planning experience with implementation experience.
Good understanding of integration between ECC modules.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP PP processes for demand management, material requirements planning (MRP), production orders, capacity planning, and shop floor scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
Maintain and validate planning-related master data such as BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, and MRP parameters to ensure accurate planning and execution.
Configure and support SAP Manufacturing Execution processes to enable production order execution, shop floor tracking, labor reporting, confirmations, and real-time manufacturing visibility.
Partner with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to define and maintain execution-related master data, routing/work center setup, and system integrations that support efficient plant operations.
Troubleshoot production execution issues, improve shop floor workflows, and ensure SAP manufacturing transactions and reporting are accurate, timely, and aligned with operational KPIs.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
