Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in SAP PP / Production Planning and Manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA PP.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and production planning processes.
• Experience with MRP, Demand Management, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Shop-Floor Execution.
• Experience with SAP manufacturing master data (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions).
• Experience integrating SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, PM, FI/CO, and related modules.
• Proven track record leading SAP PP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or transformations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and support of SAP PP and manufacturing processes.
• Translate business requirements into SAP ERP solutions.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to define future-state processes.
• Configure Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Shop-Floor Execution.
• Support end-to-end production planning from demand to execution and completion.
• Maintain production master data (material master, BOMs, routings).
• Support MRP planning runs, exception messages, planning strategies, and material availability.
