Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an SAP PP Senior Consultant to lead manufacturing transformations and design scalable SAP production planning solutions. You will drive SAP S/4HANA adoption and collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize planning and manufacturing processes across global environments.

The role requires deep functional knowledge, strong consulting and leadership skills, and the ability to deliver complex SAP programs from blueprint through go-live and hypercare.

Qualifications

• 12+ years SAP PP consulting experience.
• Minimum 4 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Production Planning.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing industry processes.
• Expertise in production planning, scheduling, procurement planning, and manufacturing execution.
• Strong experience in master data management including BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Production Versions.
• Experience in global delivery and multi-country implementations.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead PP workstreams within large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate offshore and onshore teams during implementation activities.
• Support project governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate end-to-end business process testing across modules.
