Job summary

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP PP Consultant (Production Planning) for a remote position. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of hands-on SAP PP experience and deep knowledge of related modules, MES integrations, and S/4HANA PP/PP-DS.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, collaborate with business stakeholders, and mentor junior consultants while driving process improvements in a global delivery model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP PP consulting experience including at least 2 full-cycle end-to-end implementations.
• Strong expertise in Master Data Management (BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions).
• Deep understanding of MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Order Execution.
• Experience in S/4HANA PP and PP-DS is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of MES integration, Variant Configuration, and Batch Management is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote global delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP to support business processes.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders and document functional specs.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and defect resolution.
• Ensure seamless SAP PP integration with MM, SD, QM, PM, FI/CO.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements and automation.
• Provide production support and timely issue resolution.
• Assist in data migration, cutover planning, and go-live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and transfer knowledge to users.
• Stay updated with SAP PP innovations and best practices.
