Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP PP Consultant to own end-to-end PP solution design for multi-plant, multi-country S/4HANA programs. You will guide cross-workstream integration across MM, QM, CO, PM, SD, EWM, IBP/APO and mentor PP teams distributed onshore, nearshore, and offshore.

Strong manufacturing domain expertise is essential. Minimum 7 years in SAP PP with S/4HANA/ECC, plus 5+ years in BOM/routing, MRP, PP/DS, and production orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of SAP Production Planning (PP) experience, including full lifecycle S/4HANA or ECC implementations.
• Minimum of 5 years of configuration experience across BOM, routing, work center, MRP, PP/DS, production orders, capacity planning, and repetitive manufacturing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience across two or more manufacturing types: discrete, process, repetitive, and ETO/CTO.
• Minimum of 5 years of integration experience across MM, QM, CO, PM, SD, EWM, and IBP/APO.
• Prior experience working for a large Consulting/Advisory firm (Big 4, global SI, or boutique SAP consulting environment).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PP solution architecture across multi-plant, multi-country S/4HANA programs spanning manufacturing models.
• Lead MRP Live, PP/DS, Production Scheduling Board, Variant Configuration, Batch Management, Kanban configuration.
• Define MRP strategies, BOM/routing ownership, and ECM processes.
• Drive cross-workstream integration across MM, QM, CO, PM, SD, EWM, IBP/APO.
• Mentor PP workstream teams of 3–10 consultants across delivery models.
• Own cutover planning for PP scope including open order strategy and inventory balancing.
• Advise manufacturing leadership on operating model design and Industry 4.0 opportunities.
• Contribute to pre-sales pursuits, RFP responses, and practice development.
