Job summary

EY is a leading professional services firm helping clients leverage SAP Asset Management to optimize Plant Maintenance and EAM deployments. We seek a skilled consultant to analyze business models, gather requirements, and design SAP-based system architectures that align with client goals.

You will work with cross functional teams, facilitate workshops, and ensure configurations meet business needs while staying current with SAP asset management releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience with SAP Asset Management/PM/EAM.
• Strong technical design and analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
• Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Facilitate requirement gathering and lead design workshops during explore, configuration, unit testing phases; document functional specifications for design gaps during build phase; assist the client in all testing cycles; deliver training prior to go-live; and provide post go-live support.
• Stay current with the annual releases of new Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) functionalities from SAP.
• Collaborate within a team across workstreams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions.
