Job summary

Nova Intelligence in California is building the most powerful AI security platform for SAP teams. We are hiring Senior Security Engineers to design, harden, and continuously test the Nova platform.

Join a small, high-impact team working with SAP experts to raise the security baseline across cloud and on-prem environments, implement identity and access controls, and collaborate with enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on security experience across application and cloud security.
• Adversarial mindset for threat modeling and defensive engineering.
• Knowledge of AI security concerns: prompt injection, sandboxing, tool-use risks.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA as baseline requirements.
• Excellent communication with engineers and executives.
• Track record of public technical output (CVEs, talks, OSS).

Responsibilities

• Own platform security architecture across cloud and on-prem deployments.
• Lead internal red team to test access controls and auth flows.
• Solve auth and identity challenges in SAP integrations.
• Raise security baseline across CI/CD, secrets, and compliance.
• Collaborate with customers' security teams and translate requirements.
• Drive research on offensive and defensive AI for SAP.
• Represent Nova on security in the SAP community.
