EY in the United States seeks a seasoned SAP OTC lead to drive design, build, and deployment of Order-to-Cash capabilities within SAP S/4HANA. You will manage workstreams, gather requirements, and collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end solutions while guiding teams and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) required.
• Typically, 4–6 years relevant experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC).
• Proven experience leading SAP workstreams or small project teams through full lifecycle.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes: order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing.
• Experience facilitating client workshops and translating requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Ability to manage deliverables, track milestones, and communicate status, risks, dependencies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Lead client workshops, driving workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Serve as an SAP Manager for design/implementation of SAP S/4HANA OTC capabilities (OTC).
• Manage and mentor teams, foster staff development and practice management.
• Run workshops, gather requirements, design, configure, and support end-to-end OTC processes.
