Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP OTC leader to manage and deliver complex OTC programs across multiple client engagements. You will supervise design, configuration and implementation of SAP OTC processes including order-to-cash workflows, billing, pricing, and credit management, while ensuring quality and risk controls.

This role demands strong problem-solving and strategic advisory skills across Supply Chain and Finance domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–7 years of SAP OTC experience.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash and integrated domains.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience leading large SAP client engagements and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams in OTC.
• Oversee design, configuration and implementation of OTC solutions (Sales Order, ATP, Shipping, Credit, Billing).
• Manage program/project delivery and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on master data and hierarchies affecting OTC processes.
• Deliver quality client services and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Lead client workshops and meetings to collect user stories and establish relationships.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive, innovative environment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain client networks.
