Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM Consultant/Manager to lead end-to-end MM implementations across industries, focusing on procure-to-pay and inventory management. You will drive design, configuration, testing, and cutover activities while mentoring junior consultants.

The role requires extensive SAP MM/S4HANA expertise, cross-functional integration, and advisory experience, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of SAP MM and/or SAP S/4HANA MM experience in a consulting or client-side role.
Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA MM implementations, including at least one lead engagement.
Minimum of 3 years experience in SAP S/4HANA MM configuration: purchasing, material master, account determination, valuation, output management, inventory management.
Minimum of 3 years cross-functional SAP MM integration with FI/CO, SD, and PP (MRP, planned orders, subcontracting).
Prior Life Sciences or Advisory/Consulting experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of work experience (or Associate’s with 6 yrs).
Bonus: SAP Business Network/Ariba knowledge and S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement certification.

Responsibilities

Lead full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA MM implementations from blueprint to go-live and hypercare.
Configure MM components: purchasing orgs, material master, source lists, inventory mgmt, and output management.
Design and optimize procure-to-pay processes (PRs, POs, GR/IR, MIRO/MIR4, FI/AP integration).
Facilitate design workshops and fit-gap sessions for alignment.
Lead SIT, UAT and cutover planning; develop config docs, specs, and test scripts.
Mentor junior MM consultants and build client capability.
