C5MI Insight LLC is seeking a Senior SAP MM Procurement Consultant to manage configuration baselines for SAP procurement and materials processes. You will lead configuration changes, audits, and governance across complex environments while collaborating with ABAP developers, security teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on, client-facing work, ownership, and accountability in a fast-paced consulting setting with a focus on procure-to-pay outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of SAP MM procurement configuration management experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain a US security clearance.
• Experience providing configuration baseline control for complex information systems.
• Experience performing engineering change request impact analysis.
• Experience supporting configuration audit and governance activities.
• 5+ years of SAP MM module experience including Purchasing, Requisitions, Vendor management, and data for procure-to-pay.

Responsibilities

• Lead or supervise configuration management specialists across complex system environments.
• Provide configuration baseline control across system, software, and hardware lifecycles.
• Facilitate and advise Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).
• Maintain configuration baselines and related documentation.
• Review engineering change requests and assess impacts on baselines and logistics.
• Prepare directives for configuration change authorization and implementation.
• Coordinate with QA and management to ensure accurate product baselines.
• Perform configuration audit support to ensure governance and compliance.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and actionable docs.
• Lead SAP configuration changes and perform impact analyses.
• Triages complex system and configuration issues independently.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers, security teams, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot posting errors, data reconciliations, and controls for audits.
• Operate with minimal supervision using general guidance.
