Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Nashville seeks an experienced SAP MM Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of hands-on SAP implementation and support experience. You will join a large transformation from legacy ERP to SAP ECC 6.0, collaborating with business stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and system integrators.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Minimum two full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Experience with legacy ERP to SAP migration projects.
• Strong experience in business process mapping and solution design.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting data migration, cutover and hypercare.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP standard solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers.
• Support data cleansing, mapping, migration validation and reconciliation.
• Coordinate unit testing, SIT, UAT and defect management.
• Support cutover planning, hypercare and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules.
• Create functional documentation, SOPs and training materials.
• Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations.
