Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline with IT focus.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Sales 1809 Upskilling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers’ business requirements and tailor the SAP system to meet objectives.
• Identify and translate end users' SAP requirements across functions.
• Build and maintain end user relationships as single point of contact for SAP/IT matters.
• Document and analyze functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop project plans and timelines for deployments.
• Install and configure SAP Business One to client needs.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support.
• Liaise with business users to translate requirements into SAP specs.
