Job summary

CDIT Solutions seeks an SAP Integration Suite Senior Developer to support the JTMS program for USTRANSCOM, working on a mission-critical SAP S/4HANA landscape for DoD transport and logistics operations.

You will design and implement integration flows, configure adapters, and develop complex mappings, with hands-on ABAP interfaces and SAP Proxy/IDoc integrations. Remote role with travel to Scott AFB, IL, ~10%.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required and in scope at time of offer.
• 15+ years SAP experience with 10+ years in SAP integration middleware.
• Deep SAP Integration Suite (CPI) expertise and multiple integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and BTP; API/middleware patterns.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP Integration Advisor, and SAP BTP.
• Proficiency in Groovy, XSLT, and API management.
• Understanding of EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12) and DoD EDI standards.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, EDI, and JSON/XML formats.
• Experience with SAP IDoc processing and CPI IDoc adapters.
• Bachelor/Master level technical degree; DoD 8140 compliant education path.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the customer’s business operations to validate requirements and scope, and assist in LOE estimation.
• Design end-to-end integration flows (iFlows) using patterns such as synchronous/asynchronous, event-driven, and API-led architectures.
• Model and design interface objects to construct interfaces from an enterprise service standpoint.
• Configure connectors, mappings, routing rules, and security protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSL/TLS).
• Configure standard and custom adapters (SFTP, REST, SOAP, OData, JDBC, IDoc) and manage mappings and routing.
• Develop Groovy/Java scripts for complex mappings between SAP and external systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug iFlows to resolve performance issues.
• Implement SAP ABAP interfaces and maintain interfaces using SAP Proxy and IDoc technologies.
• Develop and maintain SAP design and technical specification documents; conduct unit and integration testing.
