Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking an experienced integration lead to design, develop, and deploy SAP BTP-based integration solutions for global clients. You’ll work with business and technology stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and resilient landscapes.

In this role you will own end‑to‑end delivery of integration workstreams, implement API‑led and event‑driven patterns, manage migration from PI/PO to BTP, and mentor teams while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years delivering SAP Integration programs.
• Minimum 3 years leading Integration teams.
• Minimum 3 years with SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI.
• Minimum 2 full life cycle SAP implementations.
• Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP Trading Partner management or EDI implementation.
• Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP Advanced Event Mesh or equivalent Event Driven Architecture.
• Minimum 1 SAP PI/PO to BTP Integration Suite migration program delivered.
• Prior experience supporting the Consumer goods Industry and clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate’s Degree with 6 years accepted.
• Bonus: SAP or Hyperscaler related Integration or Architect Certification.
• Bonus: experience with IPaaS like MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services.
• Bonus: observability platforms Datadog, Splunk, New Relic.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of SAP BTP Integration Suite solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to translate requirements into scalable integrations.
• Own end-to-end delivery of the integration workstream including design, development, testing, deployment, and hyper-care.
• Implement API-led, event-driven, B2B, and cloud-native integration patterns.
• Lead PI/PO to BTP migration including assessments, redesign, development, testing, cutover.
• Define monitoring and observability with logging, alerts, tracing, dashboards.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate development and delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide guidance for secure, performant solutions.
