Job summary

Magna Exteriors is seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Project Manager to lead SAP initiatives across North America. You will liaise between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring SAP solutions align with operations, while supporting ERP transformation efforts.

The role requires strong SAP expertise, multi-site project leadership, and a focus on process improvements and business value through SAP technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% across North America.
• Minimum 7–10 years hands-on SAP experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading multiple full-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
• Provide second- and third-level SAP support to business users.
• Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to define future-state SAP processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize SAP-driven operations across locations.
• Develop project plans, timelines and resource requirements with IT project managers.
