Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior SAP Migration Consultant to support the GlobalView to RISE / S/4HANA migration program. You will perform hands-on SAP HCM configuration, ABAP debugging, and L3 production support in a true Tier 3 capacity.

Responsibilities include independent troubleshooting, SPRO configuration, migration execution, and cross-team collaboration with ABAP and functional groups. This is not a coordination role but a deep technical, end-to-end analyst position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP HCM configuration.
• Proven experience in L3/Tier 3 support.
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code for issue analysis.
• Strong SPRO/configuration and migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues independently and implement fixes.
• Perform structured migration tasks in a factory model.
• Analyze logs, tables, and system behavior to distinguish config vs code.
• Collaborate with Functional, Technical/ABAP, and Migration Factory teams.
