Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a SAP Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize HANA-native data models supporting S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and standalone HANA. You will translate complex analytics requirements into performant HANA models and diagnose performance issues across the SAP landscape.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in calculation views, CDS views, AMDPs, SQLScript, and strong SQL skills, with excellent troubleshooting and documentation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years SAP HANA development experience.
• Hands-on with calculation views, CDS views, AMDPs, SQLScript.
• Solid understanding of HANA architecture: in-memory storage, columnar processing.
• Experience with HANA performance tuning tools and methodologies.
• Experience with HANA replication tools (SLT, SDI, SDA).
• Knowledge of HANA security models, including analytic privileges and roles.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA embedded analytics or BW/4HANA modeling.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
