Job summary

SMX is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst to provide Reimbursable (RM) support for the Army GFEBS-SA Program. This role serves as a liaison between end users and technical teams, driving system design decisions, resolving issues, and delivering data-driven insights to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of SAP RM experience in the public sector or DoD, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work on-site in a SCIF five days a week.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance and willingness to obtain Top Secret.
• SAP RM experience in public sector or DoD (GFEBS).
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Able to work independently and deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP RM functional support for the Army GFEBS-SA program.
• Translate end-user requirements into system designs and configurations.
• Review system designs, configuration rationales, test models, and training docs.
• Coordinate with end-users, functional and technical reps to resolve help desk tickets.
• Generate content for and conduct functional forums to train end users on new functionality.
• Marry data across transactions to generate leadership metrics.
