Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a SAP Finance and Accounting Implementation Specialist (GA) in Alpharetta, GA to support the Financial Systems department.

This role focuses on analyzing interfaces in the legacy ECC environment and designing future state interfaces for improved financial reporting, tax, and accounting processes. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of SAP implementation experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with strong project management and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years hands-on SAP implementation experience in Finance, Accounting and Tax.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO modules and ERP conversion projects.
• Experience with interface specs and end-to-end testing in financial and tax domains.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing interfaces in legacy ECC and identify simplification opportunities.
• Design future state interfaces focusing on financial reporting, tax, and accounting impacts.
• Review specifications and designs from development teams and address gaps.
• Oversee system integration testing and analyze build defects for quality.
• Coordinate and support UAT for interfaces and tax reporting ahead of deployment.
