You will run workshops, design functional solutions, mentor junior team members, and guide testing strategies (SIT/UAT) while collaborating with architects, developers, and analysts to align requirements with business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP Controlling experience
• Demonstrated team lead experience

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to capture financial and costing requirements
• Design and configure SAP Finance and Controlling solutions that support integrated business processes
• Collaborate with technical teams to confirm that all functional and technical requirements align
• Develop detailed test strategies and manage large-scale testing efforts, including SIT/UAT
• Conduct business process analysis and produce functional designs
• Coordinate work across architects, developers, BASIS, Middleware, Portal, and business analysts
• Maintain and enhance SAP financial and costing processes, including integration with external applications
• Support project planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and staffing
• Lead and mentor junior team members
