Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP Finance Solution Architect with deep Retail expertise to lead full-cycle SAP Finance transformations from planning through deployment. You will design end-to-end SAP Finance solutions leveraging S/4HANA, CAR, POSDTA, and integrate with FI/CO, while guiding diverse teams and communicating with CFO-level stakeholders.

You will drive business cases, roadmaps, and presentations, advise on AI-enabled finance applications, and contribute to Accenture's SAP Retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years leading full-cycle SAP Finance delivery across Plan, Analyze, Build, Test, Deploy.
• Minimum 5 years delivering SAP Finance transformations for Retail clients (Grocery, Specialty, or Fashion).
• Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations including project planning, estimation, solution design, and go-live.
• Prior experience in a consulting or advisory capacity with direct client-facing accountability.
• Hands on experience deploying AI-enabled use cases within SAP programs, including Joule, embedded AI, and predictive accounting.
• Deep expertise across FI/CO, Universal Journal, GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Product Costing, Margin Analysis, Treasury, and period-end close.
• Strong retail domain experience spanning omnichannel P&L, inventory valuation, merchandise and franchise accounting, rebates, leases, payments, and SAP CAR/POSDTA.

Responsibilities

• Engage senior client Finance executives on business challenges, trends, and value of SAP Finance solutions.
• Lead clients through all phases of full-cycle SAP delivery: Plan, Analyze, Build, Test, and Deploy.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions using SAP S/4HANA Finance, CAR, POSDTA, and related SAP tech and partner add-ons.
• Design and govern POS/store to SAP FI/CO integration, including POSDTA inbound processing and daily reconciliation.
• Develop business cases, solution roadmaps, and presentations for transformation strategies.
• Advise on SAP Business AI strategy to deliver measurable value in Finance and Retail operations.
• Lead large, diverse project teams onshore and offshore with quality and scope control.
• Stay current on regulations, SAP platform developments, and Retail trends to advise clients and Accenture leadership.
• Contribute to thought leadership and reusable assets for Accenture's SAP Retail capability.
