Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead SAP S/4HANA FICO rollout activities and cross-functional integration across US plants. The role requires strong FI/CO expertise, data migration, and testing leadership in a manufacturing context.

You will facilitate workshops, align designs with global templates, and coordinate with MM, PP, SD, WM, and QM workstreams while traveling up to 40% and delivering stable financial processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP ERP experience, including 5+ years as a Senior or Lead Consultant.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI and CO: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting.
• Proven knowledge of transfer pricing and intercompany accounting.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Automotive manufacturing experience with at least 2 full lifecycle automotive projects.
• Experience with global template deployments and plant rollouts.
• Hands-on rollout, testing, cutover, data migration, and workshop facilitation experience.
• Integration understanding across MM, PP, SD, WM, and QM.
• Eligibility to work in the US for the next 2 years and willingness to travel 30-40%.

• Design solutions for transfer pricing and intercompany accounting in a manufacturing context.
• Coordinate integration with MM, PP, SD, WM, and QM workstreams.
