Perdue Farms Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to drive the SAP S/4HANA Finance deployment with emphasis on Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Margin Analysis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 3+ years supporting SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong understanding of CCA, Product Costing, CO-PA, GL integration.
• Experience in ERP finance transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation initiatives in finance and controlling.
• Serve as finance SME for CCA, PC, SAP Material Ledger, CO-PA, pricing, and inventory.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define future-state finance processes.
• Translate requirements into SAP specifications and designs.
• Support SAP configuration discussions and validate decisions.
• Drive standardization of financial reporting across units.
• Participate in all phases of SAP deployment, including test and cutover.
• Contribute to training materials and governance of master data.
