Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United States is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to lead SAP S/4HANA EWM/WM customization, integration, and data migration, shaping enterprise architecture and delivering scalable warehouse solutions. You will drive blueprinting, workshops, and design documents, collaborate with global teams, and mentor others while ensuring security, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM/WM processes.
Experience in Blueprinting, Discovery Workshops, and Fit-Gap Analysis.
Deep understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment and internal warehouse processes.
Experience designing Warehouse Operating Models and Future-State Process Flows.
Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and warehouse automation solutions.
Expertise in integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, and TM.
Experience defining Warehouse Structure (Warehouse Number, Storage Types, Bins, Activity Areas).
Ability to prepare BPDDs, Solution Design Documents, and Functional Specifications.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience leading global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
Design and implement advanced customizations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team.
Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, guiding large-scale data migrations.
Implement performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, and lead compliance initiatives through audits.
Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops for various user groups.
