Job Title: Senior SAP EWM / TM Specialist (10+ Years Exp)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C / No 1099)

Pay Rate: Up to $65.00/hr on W2

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP EWM / TM Specialist with over 10 years of hands‑on experience to support enterprise business operations on‑site in Forest City, IA. In this role, you will lead requirement gathering, technical design, configuration, and implementation across SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Lead end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP EWM and SAP TM solutions.
• Process Integration: Seamlessly integrate SAP EWM and TM with core SAP ECC / S/4HANA modules (SD, MM, PP, FI/CO).
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Deloitte leads and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable functional/technical specifications.
• Testing & Deployment: Lead unit testing, integration testing (UAT), cutover activities, hypercare support, and troubleshooting post‑implementation issues.
• Optimization: Evaluate existing warehouse and transportation workflows to recommend best practices and efficiency improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of dedicated hands‑on experience in SAP EWM and SAP TM implementations.
• EWM Expertise: Deep knowledge of inbound/outbound processing, physical inventory, wave management, storage control (POSC/LOSC), and yard management.
• TM Expertise: Proven experience in order management, freight agreement management, transportation planning, execution, and carrier integration.
• System Integration: Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, IDocs, APIs, and RF scanner integrations.
• Soft Skills: Excellent client‑facing presentation, communication, and solution-design skills.

Work Eligibility & Logistics

• Must be willing to work 100% Onsite in Forest City, IA.
• Must be eligible to work on W2 (C2C vendors/contractors will not be considered)
