Job summary

VMG Labs LLC is a remote-friendly SAP transformation leader seeking a highly experienced SAP EWM Development Lead. The role focuses on consulting for large-scale warehouse automation initiatives, working with SAP teams, partners, and automation vendors to deliver integrated solutions.

You will drive design decisions, oversee development from requirements through deployment, and ensure seamless integration with ASRS systems while maintaining program momentum and quality.

Qualifications

• Senior SAP EWM technical lead with hands-on approach.
• 8+ years of SAP technical experience.
• 5+ years of SAP EWM implementation experience.
• 3+ years leading warehouse automation or ASRS integration projects.
• Experience with leading warehouse automation vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design and development of SAP EWM warehouse automation solutions.
• Drive key design and integration decisions across SAP EWM and automation systems.
• Define development standards, architecture patterns and integration frameworks for EWM and ASRS.
• Review and approve technical specifications, development objects and solution designs.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for EWM custom developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms and workflows.
• Coordinate interface design, message mapping, error handling, acknowledgements and exception processing between SAP EWM and vendor systems.
