Job summary

Deloitte's SAP practice in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant to support asset management and maintenance transformations using SAP EAM/PM. You will lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment across multiple SAP modules, collaborating with business and technology teams.

You will engage in workshops, cutovers, and stabilization activities while growing the practice through knowledge sharing and mentoring junior practitioners. Travel up to 50% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree required with 6+ years SAP/ERP/consulting experience.
• 5+ years SAP consulting experience in design and end-to-end delivery.
• 3+ years configuring SAP EAM/PM across multiple functional areas.
• Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, 1+ as primary EAM/PM.
• 1+ year configuring other SAP modules (MM/QM/PS/EHS, WM/EWM) with testing.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across the SAP solution lifecycle from assessment to post-go-live.
• Deliver SAP EAM/PM solutions to support asset management and maintenance operations.
• Configure EAM/PM data across objects, notifications, work orders, and maintenance plans.
• Coordinate integration design with adjacent SAP modules (MM/QM/PS/EHS).
• Collaborate with business and technology teams on workshops, design, testing, cutover, and deployment.
• Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing and coaching.
