Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior SAP Manufacturing leader to design and deliver SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions. You will drive strategy, lead large implementations, and guide design decisions across S/4HANA, PP, MES, and integration domains while mentoring delivery teams.

You will coordinate executive workshops, champion standard SAP practices, and oversee cross-functional program delivery in multinational manufacturing programs. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP Manufacturing including PP, Digital Manufacturing, MII, PCo and integration solutions.
• Experience leading multiple full-lifecycle SAP Manufacturing or MES implementations in lead/architect roles.
• 2+ years with SAP Digital Manufacturing execution and insights (POD design, APIs, analytics).
• 2+ years SAP S/4HANA manufacturing master data and transaction data exposure.
• 2+ years designing SAP S/4HANA to Digital Manufacturing integrations (APIs, IDocs, SAP BTP).
• Experience leading client workshops, managing senior stakeholders, and translating objectives into scalable designs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years total work experience). Bonus points for QM, EWM, analytics, OPC, ME/MII modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic assessment of client manufacturing processes to define SAP Manufacturing and SAP Digital Manufacturing future-state.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across S/4HANA Manufacturing, PP, Digital Manufacturing, MES, QA, and warehousing.
• Lead large SAP Manufacturing implementations from design to stabilization and cutover.
• Facilitate executive design workshops with clear recommendations and fit-to-standard guidance.
• Direct design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Digital Manufacturing capabilities including EWM, QC, and analytics.
• Design and govern integrations between SAP S/4HANA, Digital Manufacturing, EWM, QM, BTP, and shop-floor systems.
• Provide senior oversight for production connectors, OPC/MQTT/API integrations for real-time data and automation.
• Advise on ME/MII modernization, cloud MES adoption, and multi-plant rollout strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to create differentiated SAP offerings and mentor delivery staff.
• Travel may be required (0-100%) depending on client needs; mentor consultants to ensure delivery quality.
