Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a skilled SAP Data Migration Consultant for a 100% remote role within the United States. You will design and execute data migration strategies for S/4HANA, manage LTMC/SLT/LVM pipelines, and ensure data governance across complex ERP landscapes.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years of SAP data migration experience, strong SQL and data validation skills, and a proven ability to deliver reliable cutovers and detailed runbooks in large enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of SAP data migration experience.
• Hands-on with SAP LTMC and S/4HANA migration tools.
• Experience with SAP SLT replication.
• Knowledge of SAP LVM for system refresh and landscape management.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience in enterprise SAP landscapes during major implementations.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA.
• Perform data extraction from legacy systems and prepare data for SAP ingestion.
• Configure SAP LTMC and custom migration objects.
• Implement real-time replication using SAP SLT.
• Manage logical system setups and replication in hybrid SAP environments.
• Support system refreshes and landscape virtualization with SAP LVM.
• Design data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment prior to migration.
• Develop validation and reconciliation reports for data accuracy.
• Identify data inconsistencies and orphan records before go-live.
• Support mock migrations, dress rehearsals, and cutover runbooks.
• Optimize performance for large data loads via parallelization and tuning.
• Collaborate with functional teams to validate master and transactional data.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, audit, and privacy standards.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for onboarding engineers.
