Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Senior SAP Functional Analyst to design, configure, and support SAP solutions across Source-to-Deliver, Make-to-Ship, and Order-to-Delivery. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams in GPSC, Manufacturing, and Logistics to deliver scalable SAP configurations within GM’s IT standards.

The position supports S/4HANA transitions and cloud-first strategies, with hybrid work options at Warren, MI or Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience with one or more modules (SD, FI-CO, MM, PP, WM/EWM).
• Knowledge of S/4HANA modernization and cloud/SaaS concepts.
• Experience with integration to external systems and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into SAP configurations and functional designs.
• Lead SAP configuration for core processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, PP/PM).
• Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
