Job summary

Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC seeks a SAP FICO Consultant with a decade plus SAP CO experience in manufacturing. This remote position focuses on Sales Order Costing, Production Order Costing, Product Costing, and CO-PA, partnering with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and IT.

The ideal candidate will analyze complex requirements, design scalable SAP CO solutions, troubleshoot issues, and drive SAP CO initiatives from concept through implementation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP experience with strong CO functionality.
• Deep expertise in Controlling within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CO-PA, product costing, and cost rollups.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Hands-on, independent problem-solving and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP CO functional support, enhancements, and projects.
• Provide expert-level support for Sales Order Costing, including strategies and SD integration.
• Manage Production Order Costing, including costs, variances, and PP integration.
• Support Product Costing, BOM/routing integration, and cost rollups.
• Design and support CO-PA reporting and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with FI, SD, MM, and PP teams to enable integration.
• Drive process improvements and automation to improve financial visibility.
• Lead testing, documentation, and deployment of CO changes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP CO solutions.
