Job summary

Data-Core Systems, Inc. is seeking a SAP ChaRM Developer to join our consulting team for a complex digital transformation.

You will design, develop, and implement ChaRM solutions within SAP Solution Manager, focusing on change and release management workflows, transport handling, and governance. The role requires 7+ years in SAP technical development or administration, with 3+ years in ChaRM and Solution Manager.

Qualifications

7+ years of SAP technical development or SAP administration experience.
3+ years of direct SAP ChaRM and SAP Solution Manager experience.
Proven experience supporting enterprise SAP change and release management processes.
Strong understanding of SAP transport and deployment management concepts.
SAP ChaRM workflows and SAP Solution Manager knowledge.
SAP transport management and release processes familiarity.
ABAP development and workflow configuration skills.
Security, governance and compliance requirements knowledge.
DevOps and release management methodologies experience.
Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, and support SAP ChaRM solutions within SAP Solution Manager.
Manage change request workflows, approvals, and transport processes.
Provide ITSM, release management, and test management support.
Develop workflow logic, status management, and automation.
Ensure compliance with audit, governance and security requirements.
Collaborate with BASIS and infrastructure teams on integrations.
Produce documentation and knowledge transfer for operations teams.
