Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Advanced proficiency with GFEBS, CCaR, LMP, cPROBE, and PMRT.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spend-planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed spend plans for each appropriation.
• Perform PPBE budgeting and execution activities using CCaR and GFEBS.
• Process Work Breakdown Structure, POs, and MIPR-related documents.
• Analyze SAP Financials and Asset Management transactions.
• Resolve SAP IDoc errors and related interface issues.
• Support FIAR initiatives and payroll/posting corrections.
