Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks an experienced Staff SAP BTP Engineer to oversee SAP BTP services, security, and operation in enterprise environments. You will manage BTP accounts, enforce security, activate services, and govern the platform for compliance, scalability, and reliability in cloud settings.

You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, test enhancements, and support 24x7 operations across time zones, including S/4HANA, CPI/PI, and Analytics services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity or information security.
• 8+ years SAP Basis administration experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, NetWeaver, and BTP platform management.
• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python) and Agile delivery familiarity.
• Experience with SAP SaaS solutions (SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass).
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, firewalls, and SSL certificates.
• Ability to work across time zones with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP systems across BTP, S/4HANA, PI/PO, Datasphere, SAC, and other SAP PaaS/SaaS.
• Integrate BTP services, SAP modules, and external systems as needed.
• Monitor and optimize system performance; configure SSL, SSO (IAS), SAC, and Cloud ALM alerts.
• Provide SAP BTP administration and support for CPI and API Management.
• Support SAP BTP Integration Suite and PI/PO transitions for migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Development, QA, UAT, cutovers, go-live.
• Contribute to alert management using CALM and Splunk.
• Support governance, capacity planning, KPI reporting.
• Prepare for SAP migration and cloud transitions.
• Maintain 24x7 support rotations with distributed teams.
