Job summary

Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP BPC consultant in the United States to lead and assist in SAP BPC implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support.

You will design and develop BPC models for planning, forecasting, and consolidation, coordinate with finance and other departments, and ensure accurate, automated reporting.

This role requires deep BPC expertise, S/4HANA/BW familiarity, scripting skills, and strong communication to drive cross-functional success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Finance or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on SAP BPC experience including implementation, config and support.
• Experience in finance/reporting processes and working with finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BPC v10.1+ (standard and embedded).
• Experience with S/4HANA, BW, and other SAP finance modules (FI/CO).
• Expertise in scripting (BPC Rules, VBA or similar).
• Knowledge of data integration and ETL tools and loading data into SAP BPC.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in SAP BPC implementation, upgrades, and support with cross-functional teams.
• Design and develop BPC models for planning, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Troubleshoot BPC issues and provide end-user support.
• Map business processes to BPC functionality to improve efficiency and automation.
• Configure BPC applications including input templates, data models, reports, and integration with SAP modules.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, Business Rules, and Data Manager packages.
• Support system integration and testing; data migration and deployment of BPC solutions.
• Provide training and create documentation for business users.
