Job summary

The Config Team, a SAP supply chain specialist with over 30 years of SAP expertise, seeks a Senior SAP Basis Support Consultant to own complex SAP landscapes for a portfolio of customers in our AMS team. You will be trusted to resolve business-critical technical challenges across SAP environments.

You’ll work with S/4HANA, RISE, BTP and cloud-based solutions, driving optimisations, upgrades, migrations and transformation programmes while helping customers maximise the value of their SAP

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis experience.
• Proficient with SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, Fiori, PO, Solution Manager, Public Cloud, BTP, and RISE.
• Experience with system copies/refreshes.
• Experience in performance tuning, problem analysis and resolution.
• Knowledge of SAP system installation, configuration, maintenance.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Desired: SAP certifications in BASIS Admin, S4 Admin, System Migration, or HANA DB.
• Experience with SAP Public Cloud systems including BTP, IBP, ALM, S4, IAS.
• Experience with mobile solutions in SAP ITS or third-party integrations.
• ITIL qualification.

Position overview

As a Senior SAP Basis Consultant within our AMS team, you'll be the trusted technical expert for a portfolio of customers, taking ownership of complex SAP landscapes and solving business-critical technical challenges.

You'll work across a variety of SAP technologies, including S/4HANA, RISE, BTP and cloud-based solutions, supporting optimisation, upgrades, migrations and transformation initiatives while helping customers maximise the value of their SAP investment.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP Basis with a minimum of 5 years experience.
• Experience with SAP Netweaver, S/4 HANA, Fiori, PO, Solution Manager, Public Cloud, BTP, RISE.
• Experience with system copies/refreshes, performance tuning, problem analysis and resolution.
• Knowledge of SAP system installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Desired Skills

• Relevant SAP certification, in the following areas – BASIS Admin, S4 Admin, System Migration, Database (HANA) Admin.
• Extensive experience with SAP Public Cloud systems including BTP, IBP, ALM, S4, IAS.
• Experience of using or implementing mobile solutions either in SAP ITS or using a Third-Party Product with SAP.
• ITIL Qualified.
