Job summary

Apple Inc. in Singapore’s IS&T Enterprise Systems group manages the SAP landscape supporting Apple’s global supply chain and core financials.

You will monitor HANA and Oracle databases, perform upgrades and patches, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure high availability and security of SAP solutions.

Minimum 5+ years SAP Basis experience in large environments with strong problem-solving and cross-regional coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis administration in large environments.
• At least 4 years of HANA administration in large environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot HANA and Oracle databases.
• Provide Basis support for regional and corporate projects.
• Lead SAP system upgrades, patches, and installations.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance and upgrades of HANA systems.
• Ensure security settings and database integrity.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to the team.
• Solve problems with connectivity and SAP components.
