Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in SAP with focus on solution development, architecture, and implementation.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and programming languages (Python, R).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Strong architectural design and system integration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments.
• Commitment to continuous learning in evolving AI and SAP technologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure AI solutions integrated with SAP platforms.
• Architect and design AI/ML solutions embedded in the SAP landscape (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and convert them into designs.
• Define data architecture, pipelines, deployment flows, and integration patterns for AI/ML in SAP.
• Select AI technologies and frameworks that align with SAP capabilities.
• Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security within SAP systems.
• Lead implementation phases from design to deployment and rollout.
• Create architecture documentation and model life-cycle strategies.
• Monitor AI and SAP trends and propose innovations.
• Manage risks, compliance and governance for AI/ML adoption.
