Job summary

Steampunk is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to craft high-impact Salesforce solutions across declarative and programmatic layers. You will lead design reviews, enforce platform standards, and mentor teams to deliver scalable, secure applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and MuleSoft integrations.

The role requires 10+ years in Salesforce, 3+ years with JavaScript, and eligibility for government security clearance, with a proven track record in complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years total experience with Salesforce and related technologies.
• 3+ years JavaScript experience and scripting.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
• Proficient in declarative Salesforce development (Flow, Lightning App Builder, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, APIs and web services.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee code reviews and establish platform standards.
• Collaborate with analysts and developers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Maintain integration patterns with MuleSoft and external systems.
• Provide guidance on performance, governor limits, and best practices.
• Communicate project status and blockers to stakeholders.
