Job summary

Orion Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to guide Salesforce engagements from discovery to delivery. You will own the architecture, define scalable solutions, and lead design workshops with clients to translate business needs into technical blueprints.

Qualifications

Significant Salesforce ecosystem experience in solution or technical architecture.
Proven experience designing and leading complex Salesforce implementations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, data architecture, security and automation.
Experience leading technical teams and providing architectural direction.
Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead Solution Architect and trusted technical advisor on Salesforce client engagements
Own solution architecture and design for complex Salesforce implementations
Lead technical discovery sessions, design workshops and architecture discussions with clients
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable Salesforce solutions
Provide technical oversight across the project lifecycle and resolve delivery risks
Establish architecture standards and lead architecture reviews
