Job summary

Salesforce Professional Services is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect with Consumer Goods Cloud experience. You will be serving as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to the company’s largest, most complex enterprise customers.

You will drive and co-create the vision, own the execution with the customer, and guide delivery across multiple work streams, using strong presentation and communication skills and knowledge of AI toolchains to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise projects with waterfall and agile methodologies.
• 3+ years in Consumer Goods with CG cloud experience and Retail Execution knowledge.
• Extensive Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
• Experience with AI toolchains and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Ability to define architecture, identify gaps, and drive business outcomes.
• Experience in discovery, requirements, and user story writing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner with cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and guide technology delivery.
• Rationalize and deploy emerging technologies to drive business value.
• Lead multiple work streams and ensure delivery of the customer ROI.
• Present and co-create the vision, remove roadblocks, and enable execution.
• Engage with customers at all levels including C-suite to align requirements.
