Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Sr Software Engineer to join the Salesforce for Business (TfB) initiative. You will work with a team of software, network, and systems engineers to craft, deploy, and integrate Salesforce solutions that meet customer requirements and scale in high-availability environments.

You will contribute to architecture and design of components leveraging virtualization, microservices, SDN, NFV, and Big Data, delivering best-in-class Salesforce integrations for TfB and B2B customers.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience
• Expertise in Apex, JavaScript and Lightning Web Components
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Experience with Aura Bundles and LWC
• Knowledge of Heroku and custom application development
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, third-party integrations, and cloud-based services
• Experience with performance optimization and debugging tools
• Experience with cross-functional teams to deliver user experiences
• Understanding CS fundamentals and data structures
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and team-working skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supports engineering projects by developing Salesforce software solutions, tests and reports
• Understand system protocols and data flows; develop full software stack
• Present project improvement scenarios to management
• Monitor industry technologies and standards
• Present technical concepts to stakeholders
• Mentor and develop team members
• Develops and implements new ideas using new frameworks
• Independent problem-solving for non-routine tasks
