Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Salesforce developer to design, implement, and support Salesforce UI and backend components, including Aura and Lightning Web Components, Apex, and integrations with external systems. You will review requirements, contribute to architectural discussions, and participate in code reviews to ensure scalable, governor-limit-compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 5+ years' experience with Salesforce Force.com platform and Sales/Service Cloud.
• 5+ years UI development with Aura, LWC, Visualforce; leadership of engineers.
• Experience with Apex, controllers, triggers, Flows, etc.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs; SOSL and SOQL.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills; scale with governor limits.
• Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications and experience with Jira, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test (unit/integration) and support Salesforce applications.
• Contribute to analysis of business requirements and architecture discussions.
• Participate in code reviews, peer inspections and technical design/specifications.
• Document detailed design and collaborate on architectural decisions.
