Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States is seeking a Salesforce Developer with Python to design and optimize scalable enterprise architectures across Salesforce clouds and decoupled middleware/data ecosystems.

You will bridge programmatic Salesforce engineering (Apex, LWC) with modern programmatic backend capabilities (Python), leading API-first integrations, data pipeline engineering, automation frameworks, and maintainable enterprise software design patterns.

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Apex, LWC, and declarative capabilities.
Strong background in API-first integrations and data pipelines.
Experience with Python for backend tooling and automation.
Knowledge of middleware and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions and integrations.
Develop complex workflows using flows and omni studio will be preferred
Develop LWC components
Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
Collaborate inter-departmentally to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Create testing and implementation plans, including user training and documentation.
Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Experience with Apex, Visualforce and the Lightning Component Framework.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.
Experience with APIs and integrations.
Experience working on an Agile development team
Experience with software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
