Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Sr Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to lead the execution and maintenance of Marketing Cloud programs across Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. You will ensure deliverability, create data-driven audiences, and partner with Sales Cloud and other platforms.

The role requires strong SQL/AMPscript skills, HTML/CSS, and a track record building complex journeys in a large enterprise. A Bachelor’s degree and Agile experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as a Marketing Cloud Admin, Architect or Email Specialist.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud data extensions, SQL queries, and AMPScript.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Execute Marketing Cloud programs and maintain platform health across Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Monitor deliverability, template consistency and accessibility, and document standards.
• Build multi-touch journeys, configure decision and engagement splits, and troubleshoot deployments.
• Advise end users and business partners on best practices within Marketing Cloud while achieving business goals.
