Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Integration Architect to design and govern integrations between Salesforce and the wider enterprise landscape. The role emphasizes integration architecture, middleware selection, API strategy, and event-driven patterns that connect Salesforce with ERP, data, marketing, and operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce integration experience at scale and familiarity with Salesforce-native and enterprise middleware approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of Salesforce experience with complex integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
• Hands-on with MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Strong integration patterns and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with ERP data synchronization.
• OAuth and security expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect.
• Track record leading large Salesforce integration programs.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end integration architecture for Salesforce ecosystems.
• Select and apply integration patterns (request-reply, event-driven, batch).
• Design integrations using Salesforce capabilities with enterprise iPaaS tools.
• Lead integration design reviews and approve technical designs.
• Define API strategy, contract management, and versioning standards.
• Architect data synchronization patterns with ERP and operational systems.
• Design identity and access patterns including OAuth and connected apps.
• Establish error handling, retry, and dead-letter strategies.
• Drive performance and governor-limit management for Salesforce integrations.
• Mentor junior engineers through code/design reviews and pairing.
• Produce architecture artifacts and reference designs.
