Job summary

First Soft Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect in New Jersey to design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions for large enterprises. You will lead architecture discussions, mentor development teams, and collaborate with executives and technical staff to drive secure, scalable implementations.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Salesforce, hands-on Energy Cloud/Experience Cloud experience, and strong governance and integration expertise.

Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce experience.
6+ years in Salesforce Solution/Technical Architecture or senior technical leadership.
Proven experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions in large enterprise environments.
Hands-on with Energy Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong architecture, security, performance, and scalability understanding.
Experience with middleware like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica.
ETL tools, web services, APIs, data platforms, and integration patterns.
Data modeling, governance, and platform governance expertise.
CI/CD, Git, automated deployments, and release management.
Copado DevOps experience.
Security architecture, access controls, compliance, data protection.
Strong communication and presentation to exec, business, and technical stakeholders.
Analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder management.
Ability to mentor and provide technical leadership to development teams.
